President Tebboune reassures Algerians his state of health improves
President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune on Sunday spoke to Algerians from his place of convalescence in Germany to reassure them of his state of health, affirming that his convalescence period โcould be extended from one to three weeksโ so that he โregains strength.โ

On 24 October, the medical staff of the presidency of the Republic has advised President Abdelmadjid to stay five days in voluntary isolation, after many senior officials at the presidency of the Republic and the government had shown symptoms of Covid-19.
The Head of State was taken on 28 October to Germany for ยซย thorough medical examination on recommendation of the medical staff.
