The TOP IT firms ARE in Qatar … its just they dont send their best people here. I’ve seen some of the most incompetent people flown in from the UK/Europe to do presentations and the locals seemed to be mesmerized by them.
I guess the locals must be impressed by the way they speak english – a lot like the way when I hear spanish people speak. It sounds fantastic even though I havent a clue what they’re saying !
